We picked this hotel due to the location at the Performing Arts Center and very near the mall - an easy walk to all. Checkin went smooth. Bought rooms (2) on Priceline for an amazing price. Was a little apprehensive with some of the reviews here not saying the best of things about the place. I stay in a lot of upscale hotels. This wasn't bad in any way. Maybe not as plush as some, but, very nice. We found the rooms very nice.... more

Don't let the glitz and hype of this hotel fool you and make sure you bring a lot of money; you’re going to need it. You have to pay for everything here: parking, wireless internet, etc. If you go to the restaurant watch out with the servers they really want you to tip them even if you have a company... more

we were in town for a wedding and vacation. If you need to go to the OC Performing Arts Center this place is very convenient. Freeway access is close and there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The room is nice and very clean and quite. I have an Iphone and was able to get internet for free... more

The hotel is nice but it lacks many amenities. First, parking is $15 a day. Second, internet is NOT FREE. Like many of the other reviews have stated you have to pay $9.99 a DAY!!! It starts from 12 p.m. to 12 p.m. the next day. And lastly, there is not much of a cable tv selection for this 3.5... more

This was our third stay here. The hotel staff was great. The location is gorgeous, and you can ask for a free pass to "The Spa", which entitles you to enjoy the spa (located 2 blocks away) all day. That's usually a $40/ day fee per person! We love the deal (especially through priceline!) more

This my second visit to this hotel...both visits were winners....mostly. I called the hotel for a shuttle pick up at the airport. The shuttle arrived promptly with a very friendly driver. Staff was courteous as one would expect from this brand. Hotel is easy to access from the 405, about 35-40 minute drive from LAX, and minutes from SNA. I took a family vacation with a couple of my friends and their 4 yr old daughter, we booked about a month in advance and requested 2 queen beds. When we arrived there wasnt anyone to help with our luggage so we had to haul it down from the garage, where we then later called their elevator...the "elevator of doom".... more
