This hotel was dirty........the rooms were not clean. My bedding was soiled and when I called to complain I was told they would try to assist me. It took over 3 hours to get new bedding....so I didn't get to sleep until 11 pm. Overall, the guest services were noncompliant and unwilling to make most requests.....simple or not. I have stayed here three times in the past 3 months, and this hotel is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean, the flat screen TV is great, breakfast is good, and the staff is friendly. I've stayed in other hotels in the area, and the Hyatt is the best around. more
