The biggest problem with the Four Points, from my perspective, is sound. My room faced the train tracks (instead of the Bay), and I could easily hear the frequent locomotives growling by. Very good business class hotel. Very friendly staff. Rooms appear to have some recent renovation with newer furniture and light fixtures. Beds and pillow were extremely comfortable! Stayed for several nights and had several problems. The upgraded rooms are nice, but half of them are adjacent to a busy street with a lot of noise.
