I paid $500 (+$66 tax) for the weekly special (7 nights) - not sure for what period that's available but even the regular rate is a great deal for this area. Only two short blocks to the beach. Tried to talk to the motel about a reservation next summer. Rather unpolite answer. "Not ready: Call again April 1". Asked about the rate. No answer. Asked about rates last year. Motel-representative (owner?) wouldn´t answer. She was definetly not kind. Therefore: Are you really sure this is the right place? Found another (better) accomodation. In 10 minutes.
