I take regular business trips to Eureka and have been doing so for several year. I have stayed at several different hotels in the Eureka area and for price, cleanliness and service the Best Western on Bayshore can't be beat. I highly recomment the "Garden Area" in the back of the hotel, very nice.

Very Very nice place, it does not get any better than this! I travel for business 25%, in Washington, Oregon, N. California, and Idaho, & loyally stay at best western, this is a great place to stay. Very friendly staff and a nice hot tub in the garden area.

Loved large room with the fireplace. Enjoyed breakfast on the deck overlooking the Bay. This isn't the Four Seasons, but if you can get a room in back, top floor, away from the smokers, it is just fine if you need a place to lay your head. They let us check in early after a long day of driving, it was quiet, clean, and the continental breakfast had more to offer than we expected.... More

This Best Western has all of the things that you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast served are very good and adequate. They do an excellent job of cooking and mainlining hot food as well as keeping things clean. The office staff are very polite, accommodating, and yet professional. I actually stayed here even though I live here in Eureka. This hotel is clean and the rooms are very nice, not moldy like some other hotels here.
