The room was clean and the decor very nice. The king bed was very comfortable. I'd want to stay in the same size room, because the deluxe rooms are really worth the rate with the sofa and table, plus the head room to feel you can really spread out. The refrigerator leaked, but I heard that you're getting new refrigerators... more
I should not be charged $15.00 per day when we spent six days. The extra charge was for cleaning up after the dog, I understand that. They only cleaned up one time, after we left. The dog is a shih tzu which does not even shed. There were no accident's. more
We stayed at the Hillside for 3 nights last week. The room was very clean, The locarion in town was really convenient an Manny at the front desk could not have been more helpful. It was a really pleasant experience and I would recommend it to anyone. more

The toilet tissue and the facial tissue were very rough and appeared below average. The towels appeared to be well worn and were not soft. Everything else was great. The coffee was delicious. Nice little place to stay when in Fallbrook , will stay there again. They offer coffee juice milk sweet rolls cold cereal and fruit in the moring enough to tide you over. The beds were comfortable, the rooms and bath were clean except the floors could use a little more attention, it showed up on your socks, no big deal.... more

Stayed 2 nights. Housekeeping didn't change linens, refill tissue, or replace some toiletry items. The bathtub was old and chipped and had what looked like dried blood in corner of soap holder. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Refrigerator and microwave looked dirty. There was no suitcase rack. Lighting in the bathroom was poor. The staff was very nice... more
We have spoken with the housekeeping staff. We always want our guests to notify us if there are any problems because we want everyone to be comfortable and happy when they stay with us. We do hope you will stay with us again.
Close to Government activities and in the heart of downtown Fallbrook. Walking distance to everything. New wireless internet installed management still working out issues of it. Happy stay, but dependent on the internet to accomplish after hours work. more

Good location for the Grand Tradition. Newly painted and decorated. Rooms need to be better cleaned. more
