Overwhelming smell of dank mixed with stale cigarettes (we had a non smoking room). Cigarette burn on the bedroom chair. Stinker and was no help at desk I only had a top sheet on my bed an the alarm clock was broke never went off... Our bathroom had spiders an my money spent there was not worth the stag I think I was over charged!!

The heater is on some timer; We have to call every time we want the heater on. The maid threw away dog toy. The room smells of urine, and we suddenly have flea bites! But for the money it's a great deal, our little dogs are very happy.
