One of the trashy hotels. They claim to have ocean view, only its on the other side of the bust, loud main street that you have to look accross the street, passed the traffic to barely see the ocean. I wanted a centrally located, but economical place to say when visiting the Mendocino area. I was more than impressed with my stay. Great ocean views from the second floor. I recommend asking for a second floor room (even though you'll have to carry your suitcases up the stairs), as the ceilings on the 2nd floor are very high with exposed wood / beams, which gives the room an open, lodge feeling.
