I wanted a centrally located, but economical place to say when visiting the Mendocino area. I was more than impressed with my stay. Great ocean views from the second floor. I recommend asking for a second floor room (even though you'll have to carry your suitcases up the stairs), as the ceilings on the 2nd floor are very high with exposed wood / beams, which gives the room an open, lodge feeling.
