This place's quality is as bad as all these Ocean City NJ / Wildwood NJ motel rip-offs. The only saving grace to get the 2 stars rating is simply its apparent cheap price - with a big catch. This place offers $699 a month ... but the fine prints say you must pay 2 months *non-refundable* rent, and there would be ZERO house-keeping (well, a la cart cleaning cost you $25 each time).

Ok. So the lights won't work and staff won't bother fixing. Leaky showers that make dripping sounds to keep you awake. Beat-up baby desk. Coffee stained sofa. Yard-sale quality 17" big tube TV (the kind people would dump to their trash nowadays). For some crazy reason this building has many flood lights pointing at the building itself - good for people to find it, bad if you're sleeping in it.
