Staff was not very friendly. The Rooms looked like they were 20 years old. Very beat up in the kitchens and almost all the windows in the hotel were either missing or had torn screens. We were there for over 2 weeks due to work and the carpet in the hallways were cleaned once. Security doors were broken so we weren't sure why they were locking the front doors because if someone wanted in after hours all they had to do is go to the side door in the front and the back door. Since they did not provide an ashtray at the back door cigarette butts were thrown everywhere. Very noisy right up against the freeway the Extended Stay America not Deluxe is set back so that would have been a better option. Not very secure either.........2 vechiles were broken into while we stayed. The windows were broken out and things were taken. The hotel had a very rank smell to it also. more
