The staff were very friendly and professional. Room was clean and there are plenty of things to do in the near by area. A rental car is recommended. The hotel bar is great., good happy hour specials on food and drinks. There is also a hotel shuttle.

Room was good, but the breakfast really so so. Far away to everywhere except Disney. Beautiful swimming pool could be viewed from all corridors. Free wifi access provided. I really like the bed, looks like two double bed in room.

I've stayed here when it was the Crowne Plaza and had hot water issues before. Maybe the rooms in the tower have reliable hot water... those in the wings don't.
