We stayed two nights with our German Shepard, Gabe, and all aspects were 5 star. The staff, location, rooms, cuisine and ambiance were fabulous. The management gave us a room upgrade because it was our 27th wedding anniversary. Gorgeous setting, great service. But you get the typical Ritz Carlton overpriced restaurants for good, but not awesome or particularly unique food. service trumps everything and that's what the high prices get you. Stay at the hotel, eat in the village and have the best of all worlds. Leaky hallway was immediately attended to by a very helpful worker. More
