Great hotel, but as noted in other reviews. The staff is extremely attentive and professional. The air conditioner is noisy and came on frequently. It has an adult pool which is really great, it's 3.5 feet deep, but the children's pool is 5 feet deep. The hotel was great, the staff was excellent. I made the reservations on the phone and the person who took my reservation, did let me know about the cost of parking and the resort fee.
