We just returned home today, from a 5 day stay at the Esmeralda. I tend to like to stay outside of Palm Springs, because it is nicer and quieter. The Esmeralda, did not let me down. Great Resort...has everything you need right there. pool was excellent and the service was Great. I can see it being a little crowded or too "kid firendly" but for a resort that does cater to children it was great! more

Booked into this hotel for two nights on a travelocity rate. Upon checkout I was hit with "fees" of $26.22 a night. No warning-- just the standard rip off. From my perspective, if you like to watch people and just lay back in a chair.. this is where they go. Want coffee.. long lines. slow service at Star Buck.
