I was on a tennis team that stayed at the Indian Wells Resort Hotel - which is convenitently close to the indian Wells Tennis Gardens for 5 nights. Here's the scoop. Staff is wonderful - they actually have the entire valley's Employee of the Year working there - Will Burke - he's a charm, best there is. Food is so... more

Stayed for four nights in a suite: very roomy and more than enough space to spread out. Nice view of the pool, golf course and mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful, without being obstrusive. As others have noted, the property is aging, but the bathroom had been recently remodeled and looked lovely. The beds were comfortable and the... more

2.5 stars. We booked a room here based on the low price from Priceline. Walking into the hotel, you are immediately taken back to 1982. The hotel is fairly clean, but it's straight out of the 80's. We were immediately charged a $20 per night resort fee, which appears to be nothing more than a way to make a few... more

Where do i start? First, we were supposed to stay at a 5 star hotel for our anniversary weekend and our reservation got bumped the day before. When we called IWRH, Michelle felt for us and not only gave me a great rate but upgraded us to a Pool Suite for the price of a single room. When we arrived... more

Yes, the property is older, in fact, in many ways it is quite vintage. This adds to the charm. Although we arrived before 10:00 in the morning, the hotel gladly gave us a room overlooking the pool area. This was great since it added an extra day to enjoy the property. The room, as with most other things at the... more

The last time I was in Indian Wells, we stayed at a massive hotel with everything from water fowl to waterfalls. Great for kids, but not our idea of adult R&R. So we returned to the Indian Wells Resort after a hiatus of about 8 years. On the downside, the mattress was getting close to the point of replacement, the... more

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at the quaint Indian Wells Resort hotel. Yes it is more of a hotel than a resort, and that was a little disappointing at first from the booking on hotwire, BUT we were all so pleasantly surprised. My friends and I got a steal for $50 per night plus a minimal resort... more

All I can say is I was about to get into the bath when I noticed something move on my bathroom floor. I took a closer look, and there was a HUGE cockroach the size of my entire thumb...... The pool area was nice, but not quite like the picture. You are limited in food selection. And I agree with... more

We chose this place over a much nicer hotel in Palm Springs and the awful mattresses and cheap pillows ruined the experience for me. The Hotel is ok. Older, worn, the floor above us was squeaking and creaking every time someone walked on it. The other reviews here are correct, the bedding is horrible. Come on now, how expensive are... more
