You get what you pay for when it comes to Priceline I suppose. The lobby/restaurant/pool all seem quite nice but the rooms, floors, elevevators are all pretty worn and torn. Out of the 2 days there I had to switch from one uncomfortable room to a roomo plagued by noise from people walking around upstairs from 5am till the time... more

Staying here for one evening was a very pleasant surprise, especially after reading so many negative reviews here. I booked my room through Priceline for $51.90. The room was quite large, with pleasant furnishings, and the bathroom was very modern, clean and bright. There were 2 queen sized beds in my room, and I thought the mattress was very comfortable.... more

We have just returned from a week in the Palm Springs area, specifically at the Indian Wells Resort Hotel. Our suite had a king bed that was remarkably comfortable, a reasonably sized living room, and a huge bathroom with an extra long tub with a large adjacent glassed-in shower. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The dining room... more

I was alittle worried when reading the other reviews of the poor facilities and dirty carpets, but that in my opinion was old news. The Indian Wells Resort that i just vacationed at was clean, new carpet, fresh painted, and wonderful to stay at. My wife and son enjoyed the pool and dinner at the on site restaurant. The breakfast... more

My girlfriend and I just returned from a one night "mini-vacation" in the Palm Springs area. The stay at this hotel was pleasant. I booked it through priceline. The hotel's location is excellent. It's situated on a golf course, and is surrounded by similar resort type hotels and communities. Check in was a breeze. It took all of 2 minutes.... more

The Indian Wells Resort appears to be a nice place to stay,,, the lobby is nice,,,,,the pool area is nice but watch out!!! The room we stayed in had a broken leg on the nightstand, you could feel the springs thru the worn out mattress that was on the double bed. The hallways and room were dated. They supply a... more

We booked this through Priceline as we are working in the area. Priceline charged us $40 + $12 to cover taxes & Fees. However, when we arrived we had to provide a credit card which they charged $50/day for possible incidentals as "PENDING AUTH" charge. We were advised it was necessary to make sure we had enough money to pay... more

Our beautiful suite at Indian Wells Resort Hotel was a delightful surprise! My husband and I visited the Palm Desert and Indian Wells area for the weekend at the end of November 2007. Attracted by a good rate, I booked a hotel “blindly”on Hotwire. You aren't told which hotel you are getting on Hotwire until after you pay with your... more

See my many reviews on this site, mostly favorable. This hotel, however, is one that must be avoided at all costs. It is a terrible place, filthy and rating no more than 1-star. How they can claim it is "modeled after Euro style boutique hotels" is just amazing. The room we were in had a thin sheet stretched across an... more

This is NOT a three star property. When we went to our room it was like a cave. We then noticed little black bugs all over the phone and desk. The room had an odd odor too. We asked for another room and we were given one without delay. This one seemed ok until I went to take a shower... more
