The rooms smelled very strongly of urine. The linens were dirty and smelled like b.o. The toilet overflowed. I couldn't stay and when I attempted to get my money back they would not accommodate me. This is a great family owned quaint motel. It is mom & pop owned. When Palm Springs has no vacancies. You're away from the hustle and bustle and usually find a room. Just 30 minutes south of Palm Springs.

We have stayed at this little jewel for years. It is off the beaten path but close enough to the Palm Desert shopping to be convenient. Beautiful grounds with large pool and jacuzzi and large grass area with fruit trees. Very quiet if you stay in the kitchenettes along the side as opposed to the rooms that face the highway.... More
