Everything I have encountered so far has been fresh and friendly. The rooms are neat and clean. Freeway noise is truly minimal and NO problem with the windows closed. The empoyees are neat and friendly and are responsive to questions and requests. I have enjoyed my stay and will come back again. more

well from the reviews i have read I thought this place was going to be a dump. But it wasn't. the room was clean ( carpet, bed, restroom ) the staff was very friendly. there isn't a lot of noise from airplanes. the bed was comfy. overall we had a great time there. more

The front desk staff were all very nice. The hotel was in close proximity to LAX and they had a free shuttle to the station. The rooms were basic. However, it was extremely smelly. I am not making this up. My friend and I brushed with a bottle of water - it was that bad. Yuck. more

Nearby to a course I attended I selected Motel 6 at LAX as the least expensive. While I agree with some reviewers about nearby unsavory parts of town, that had no affect on the main need for a good night's sleep and getting on with my class. (I stayed two nights.) The hotel is located very close to LAX and the 405 freeway, which makes it very a cheap and comfortable option if you need to pass a night till your flight.
