We stayed in a junior suite. A/C didn't really work - very warm all night - kept cycling on/off all night waking me up. Noisy - doors slamming, guests coming in late boisterous. Window covering tawdry and didn't keep out the light. This has been the case for our last 3+ visits to this hotel. The place supposedly is being... more

I just want to say that Jackson Casino used to be a nice place to visit. I have been going there for years and used to enjoy my day. The last two times that I have been there, the casino has been dirty, cups all over the machines, ashtrays not emptied, machines dirty. The bathrooms have been dirty also. I... more

1. Parking most times a nightmare. 2. Gift shop is outrageously priced. 3. Service is non-existent or terribly rude (at best). 4. Bring TUMS if you eat at Uncle Buds Burgers, Etc... 5. Bring an Air Filter Face Mask (many do) and Visine due to the cigar & cigarette SMOKE and EXTREMELY POOR AIR CIRCULATION. 6. Be prepared to constantly... more

The Jackson Rancheria, with the exception of other Bingo-only "casinos" in Northern California, is a must-not-see destination. The casino itself is a low-limit gamblers paradise, if that's what you're looking for. Don't expect to be able to win your money back, however - the limits are so low and the odds so stacked you'll never dig your way out of... more

Where do I start? I just spent 24 hours at this place and could not wait to leave. Granted, Saturday nights are crowded - but all the more reason to ENFORCE the policies. So many people playing 2 machines, or saving them for unseen mothers, aunts, grannies, etc that are "in the bathroom", but upon checking back a half hour... more

We were looking for a one night get away – something not too far from home, so we choose the Jackson Rancheria. It is one of many Indian Casinos that are located in Northern California. We choose to stay there on a Sunday night and this is what we found: 1. Hotel – It is a nice place with various... more

Lovely View ,,, quiet,,, shower is easy to manhandle. I had just had a Knee replacement and our room was a GooooooD 7minutes walk from the Casino (I clocked it). To far for me and I was in a lot of pain by then. It was all they had $$$ they said$,but i saw empty parking slots on the ground... more

Food OK, and Rooms OK but as far as casino FUN? None here. Tables were $10 or $25 on this weekend, like this place was on the Las Vegas strip or something, not out in the middle of nowhere. Who do they think they are? The slots were some of the tightest I've played, more evidence that JR is just... more

It's easier to write a in-depth review about a bad hotel because everyone knows what a good hotel should be, so I'll keep it short. If your main reason for visiting Jackson is to gamble then stay here. It's clean, new, and has all the amenties of a 3 star hotel. The only reason why I give it a 4,... more

Jackson Rancheria Casino and Hotel is a wonderful property in every way. And it is entirely possible to stay at and enjoy the hotel without ever going near the casino (which would be great for families with children). Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated (not the "usual" design of furniture etc,) and comfortable. Had a balcony. This place also does... more
