Its not the Ritz Carlton, but it's clean, quite and unique. Coffee in the morning. Would be cool pool to hang out at when it's warmer.

We absolutely loved the decoration of this place! There is a special attention to details. The location is perfect (very close to the National Park) and yet the price for a room is reasonable. The owner is very kind. We totally recommend it!

It would be very difficult to give a poor review to this place. I have been coming here for years, and while the current innkeeper is less hands-on than some of days gone by (like Billy), he obviously cares about the place, and it shows.
That being said, there is no excuse for that low a level of coffee to...

Thank you for being our guest for so many years! We appreciate your loyalty and affection for this unique historical inn. We are sorry that you did not care for the complimentary coffee. Maybe it was too strong or weak that particular morning?

I stayed in Room 8, where the late Gram Parson died. The hotel is very quaint and has numerous artifacts and memorability on Parson's short musical career. Marsu, the Inn Keeper, was wonderful, making us feel comfortable and providing complimentary Chai tea and coffee in the dining room. Music being played in the common areas and pool area at night....

Has all the basic travelers comforts – is clean and comfy, lobby with the living room feel, local activity leaflets and postings, coffee & exotic tea, friendly staff, close to hiking parks and good dining. Built in 1949 (I asked), it seems an outgrowth of the landscape and has expansive views, wild west, country vibes and nature feel. Wood beamed...

I have just returned from the Joshua Tree Inn after my second stay here with my wife. I really hesitate to heap any praise on this place because invariably it will be misunderstood by those who will already have very high expectations. Again for those who haven't gotten it already, this is not a Marriot or a Hampton Inn or...

Relaxed and calm, that's how it felt when we arrived here after driving hours through the baking desert. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, and even if you're not particularly a Gram Parsons fan, you can't help but be drawn in to the history of the place and the cool, alternative feel of its character. The rooms we had...

This place is fabulous. We have returned twice, and the only mistake we made was trying a different hotel on a previous Joshua tree trip. If you are seeking a sterile, generic hotel experience then this place is not for you. It is an immaculate, character filled gem that captures the whole feel of the area and has the NICEST...

We stayed at the Joshua Tree Inn on a month-long trip to the Western states and included it because of its associations with Gram Parsons. The motel was quite a shock after other modern anodyne motels: an eclectic mix of furnishings; beautiful gardens; friendly, laid-back staff; and most of all, a wonderful tranquil atmosphere, in spite of the proximity to...

The JT Inn has everything you need to spend a weekend away from the city. The rooms are clean and i personally love the private patio's on each room where you can lay down at nite and enjoy a drink watching shooting stars and the breeze of the desert after you done with your BBQ.
