Quiet large & boring hotel (~45 rooms), about 15 min from the beach, but no other advantages, no restaurant, there’re more charming places in Sihanoukville, Negotiate and agree the price before you take the room, room prices vary from 1 h to the next. We had to pay up as we stayed 2 instead of 3 days.

I usually stay in this guesthouse while in SHV, as it's just perfect match for my needs. Clean enough, staff friendly, even there is no safe in rooms, I've never heard anyone would have got their belonings stolen here (I have dozen+ of expat friends who live in SHV).
