I spent a week at Kamp Klamath, and I loved it! I felt very secure (being a single lady safety is a major concern for me), and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The showers are clean with lots of hot water, the laundry room is convenient and the store had everything I forgot to bring with me! I... more

Great location except for there are only 3 cafe's within 20 miles. You need to be prepared for that. The site was great but the bathrooms need so much TLC. Mold on the ceilings and garbage overflowing in the womens bathroom. Only 2 showers for the whole area and the shower curtain was in pretty bad shape. Pretty noisy on... more

Kamp Klamath was absolutely wonderful! We travelled 350 miles to get there and it was worth it. Upon making reservations, the staff was helpful and full of suggestions, the drive up was beautiful, and holy moly- when we entered the Klamath area we were amazed at the beauty of the area! The campsites were large enough to accomodate anywhere from... more

Kamp Klamath is an older campground abutting some really spectacular coastal scenery. We were a little put off at first by a couple of old beverage coolers sitting outside by a storage building. First impressions aside, we had a great week there. Our first night, a Saturday, we were treated to a superb fresh salmon dinner with very tasty side... more

Kamp Klamath is the place to go if you are looking to get off the freeway and still have some of the amenities of home (running water and bathrooms). We stayed in the campground, not the RV park, and everything was great! If you are going to Lost Rocks for bouldering, there isn't a better place to stay - 1.5... more

It is surrounded by Redwoods, and has all the amenities my family could want. The restrooms were clean and neat with good HOT showers; there is a laundry room, a store with a good stock of groceries & refreshments. The host gave us samples of their smoked salmon, and it was so good & I got a few packages to... more

We have been going to the Klamath River area for over forty years. The area has gone thru a major decline over the years, but is definitely picking up. This is the best campground we have found, and is constantly improving. They work very hard to improve the camping experience, and make sure you have everything you need for a... more

August 21, 2008 took customers and employees fishing on the Klamath river. We stayed at Kamp Klamath, located on the south side of the river 11/2 miles from the mouth of the ocean. Although the fishing was tough due to tribal netting this time of year, the stay at Kamp Klamath was great. The staff is so helpful and talented... more
