At check-in the woman at the front desk reeked of smoke, despite this property being smoke free and we often saw her sitting on the sidewalk next to the front office smoking. The Laguna Reef Inn is great for the money. The rooms are clean, they serve continental breakfast (bagels, danish, coffee..etc) and it is close to all bus stops. My husband and I just spent a long weekend at Laguna Reef Inn. To get to the beach, you cross the street and go down a beautifully landscaped stairway through the Montage Resort.
