This is obviously an older motel complex that Holiday Inn took over. Dont expect the usual appearance of a Holiday Inn. No inside corridors, cheap furniture, really bad insulation. It isn't the Plaza but you can't beat the Lodi Holiday Inn Express if you want a hotel room for well under $100 a night that is clean, safe and modern. Exterior corridors and a site close to busy highway 99 makes for noisy rooms on the south ("outside") side of this rather small motel. However, the room was clean and well-kept, the service was courteous, and the continental breakfast buffet was nicely set out. Would stay here again but ask for a room on the "inside", away from the highway. more
