Not super clean and not super dirty. There was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. All worked but all have seen much better days. Still better than camping! Room was fine and the bed not uncomfortable but our AC Unit kept cutting out. Finally it got cooler outside than inside so we just slept with the window open. more
