Hotel is nice but staff and service are not. Sales and catering manager E. and assistant K. are very arrogant and hard to deal with. They are very mean and unprofessional. Take care they might withdraw money with a past authorization then won't talk to you or answer your phone again after event. More

Don't let the secret out... This is the place to stay in Long Beach. I love the decor, the pool, and the fitness path just outside. Only concern is that once a day you smell an aromatic odor - I assume from the drilling rigs down the harbor. Love it! More
