This is one of my favorite parts of Long Beach. I am a staunch bargain hunter/tight wad/thrifty person. We got a Queen room with a giant jacuzzi tub in the living room for the lowest price I have seen anywhere in my LIFE. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean looking and there was no lingering strange smells you... more

You come to expect certain things with chain hotels but somehow this Days Inn has slipped under the radar. It was dirty, no amenities, the staff was downright rude (not to mention I had to wait about 15 min at the front counter every time I needed anything and was told when they didn't give us fresh towels to come... more

Wish we would have read reviews before booking our room because all the bad reviews were accurate. This place is so disgusting. Soon after taking my shoes off and walking around, my feet were black. There were ants all over the bathroom. The towels felt like they hadn't been washed in weeks. The furniture was falling apart. It smelled awful.... more

We booked two rooms and it is not in the popular part of LB! It was advisible to not go out at night by the staff after we asked! Our 1st room we could not get in properly as the handle needed to be replaced. Management had to let us in everytime we left. Rooms looked comfortable and was nice... more

They are trying to do the hotel up but I basically feared for my life, and slept fully clothed, with suitcases barricaded against the door. We had to take plastic off the lampshades, so they were new & fresh paint on walls, so they are trying. FRUIT LOOPS is not an acceptable breakfast creal to serve if you offer a... more

We had originally booked this hotel with our southwest vacation package. Upon arriving in Long Beach we drove to the hotel and then right on past it. The outside was dreary and full if graffiti. We are from Denver so we know "the city" but this was just scary. We were also travelling with 3 young kids and would not... more

I always try and take other people's reviews with a grain of salt. I've been around and have rested my head in some questionable places, so consider myself "tougher" than your common tourist ;-), BUT, this place is nasty. First, the location. It is located in the Signal Hill area of Long Beach on Pacific Coast Highway. Folks, it has... more

We arrived to the hotel late (early morning) expecting our room... but they had booked it to another guest because we were "late". The man at the front desk, Janna, told us our room was occupied and it was our fault for being late. We spoke with the manager, P. Patel, the next day. He threatened to charge for one... more

I was in Long Beach for a week. I needed a place in 3 days & picked Days Inn. Easy to find on Pacific Coast Hwy. Plenty of stores in driving distance of 10 miles. The room, rug was clean. had a small fridge, microwave, TV. Internet was ok. 1st day it dropped out about 6 times. but otherwise connected,... more

This hotel is in REALLY bad area of Long Beach. You don't feel safe. As for the hotel, it was clean but the walls were paper thin. We woke in the middle of the night to loud music and drunk people in the parking lot. I needed a inexpensive hotel close to the LB convention center. This was a horrible... more
