We only stayed for 2 nights before we went on a cruise, but wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were very helpful, the beds extremely comfortable and all in all we had a very pleasureable stay. more

I enjoyed the Facilities at the hotel. Rooms were nice. and clean. I had an enjoyable view from my room. The location is beautiful because it is so close to the harbour. It gives a person a nice walk at night with some items really close by for sightseeing. (i.e. Queen Mary Ocean Liner) I didnt like the fact that... more

The property is located centrally in downtown Long Beach and is adjacent to the convention center/expo facility. Drab, airplane hanger lobby was very dimly lit. Skateboarders cruising in and out of the parking garage did not inspire confidence in its security. The hotel feels completely original circa 1987. Threadbare industrial strength carpets, mildew smell, worn and run down baths with... more

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency for a conference, so the location directly adjacent to the Long Beach Convention Center couldn't be beat. The hotel is directly across from Long Beach harbor with lots of access to dining and entertainment. It's also a short walk to the entertainment district in downtown Long Beach. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, though... more

This hotel cannot be better situated! My boyfriend and I stayed there for about two days, and not once did we need to use our car. We were able to eat and have fun, all within walking distance of our hotel!!! more

I was very happy with the hotel check in and out procedures. The room was clean and nice, though maybe slightly on the small side. We had a great view of Rainbow Park lagoon and the shoreline village/marina. It is in walking distance of a lot of great restaurants and shops as well as the Convention center and Long Beach... more

I felt so relaxed and at ease. The staff was super friendly. I ordered room service and the delivery was fast and delicious! You are right in the middle of so many attractions, so you will always have something to do. more

I was at the Long Beach Hyatt for a conference recently. My room was fine--clean, spacious enough, comfy enough bed, nice view of the water/Queen Mary, and the bathroom was fine. The is not any free internet access in the hotel, which was frustrating--$120/day T Mobile hotspot and VERY pricey internet in the business center. The staff were friendly and... more

Stop here after a drive over from Vegas, stayed 4 nights, upgraded to Regancy Club, definite worth the money. great view and very nice room. It's great hotel if you are going from the port of Long beach for a cruise and they give senior specials as well over 62. Close to beaches good gym area and very close to... more
