We just returned from a trip to stay at the Marriott because it was recommended for a wedding that we had to attend in Long Beach. This hotel is undergoing remodeling and some floors are more modern then others. We stayed in an outdated room and it seemed a little dirty. Great stay. Quiet property in a hidden corporate park location. Staff was very nice, rooms were clean BUT again, not the newest or most reburished. Stayed here just one night for a work trip. We actually stayed on the concierge floor. The snacks at night and the breakfast were a nice touch that made the stay a little bit better. We did ask for some restaurant recommendations there, and were less than impressed (had better luck at the desk) with the knowledge of the concierge.... more

Stayed here because we had an early flight out the next day. Our room had recently been redone with a new bathroom, new carpeting throughout and new bedding. Over the past seven years I've stayed at this hotel on average about twice a year. Unfortunately, I've noted that a once solid, consistant property has declined.
