We hopped of the plane at LAX, jumped in to our rental car and headed for Jerry's for 2 nights. Unfortunately I took a different turn and ended in some places that weren't so great and was feeling way out of place. Got back on track and found Jerry's, thank god for Jerry's!! Jerry's Motel is an inexpensive motel with some amenities as described on their website (wireless internet, iron, toiletries, microwave, fridge, flat screen DirecTV, etc). Stayed at Jerry's 2 nights in Sept. The outside looks a litlle dated but, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and neatness. The room appeared to have new carpet and a new beautiful flat screen TV with lots of channels. Linens were very clean and the bathroom was spotless with some new fixtures.
