My girlfriend and I stayed there for 5 nights in a private room while we were visiting the city. We enjoyed our stay although we felt like some things were missed out in the making of the hostel. The hostel was very clean and the owner was there to greet us and was extremely friendly and helpful! The room was... More

I stayed here for 3 nights. I wasn't sure what to expect from a hostel in LA, but it was so clean and quiet with free coffee and bottled water. The location is great. There are so many great food choices nearby. I live in NYC and have been traveling for 2 months so I have stayed in lots of... More

I have been staying in LA for 6 months at a variety of different accommodations, and I have to say I wish I had found this hostel much earlier. For the price it is great! Good central location with good bus routes nearby, and parking for up to 5 cars out the front of the hostel. Clean comfortable rooms with... More

I was looking for a place to stay in LA for a few nights that would be quiet, clean, central and not so expensive - and came accross StayOn Beverly. I totally advise it for people that love privacy and a good nights' sleep to a great price. It was clean, comfortable, you get free quality coffee and warm drinks... More

I travel alone, which has it's challenges both in cost and safety. I was comfortable at Stay on Beverly from the moment I opened the door. It's an interesting system, with access through a code at the door. I didn't ever meet 'Bo', the owner, but saw thoughtful touches all around which made me like him! Shared bathroom isn't my... More

We just spent 6 days there and I can say that it is a great hostel and perfect for budget minded travellers. Bo, the owner, is so helpful ( he lent me an iron and ironing board) and welcoming. We will be back!

Bo is an especially welcoming host. Korea town is within walking distance. Cool old-style American diner with massive breakfast a few minutes walk away. Some delicious international cuisines to be sampled esp. Mexican. Los angeles is an expensive city, so it is nice to not have to spend your entire budget on the hotel. Thanks for making this place Bo,... More

I've stayed in many hotels but never hostel so I was very apprehensive about trying such a thing, especially because it looked so nice and cost so little to stay, I thought there had to be a catch... There absolutely wasn't a catch. It was a wonderful stay I had in LA. Security code locked private rooms. Quaint, sleek, comfortable,... More

Very clean. Very nice. I found the guests take to heart the admonition to be polite and quiet. That message comes on the various communication pieces, sent and posted. No excessive noise, though the heavy doors closing are loud until it dawns on you to be careful closing. If you are a very light sleeper, maybe pack ear plugs. I... More

Nice rooms, good design. Super clean and tidy. There is no reception or people working here, doors have codes that are provided by email. You just walk in and out on your check-in/out day. Big TV in the room, beds are quite comfy, temperature is good and bathroom are very big and well designed. Bathroom are shared but we never... More

StayON Beverly is a modern type accommodation in Los Angeles. We are a hostel, meaning you are sharing bathrooms with the other rooms in the building, however there are only 3 guest rooms to each bathroom. While we are a hostel, we ONLY have private rooms, and you will never share a room with anyone (unless you book a friend or spouse in the same room, naturally). Access to the building and your room is by personal pin code - you can conveniently come and go any time during your stay. Each room has a full size bed with memory foam mattress. Free WiFi and 32 inch TV; there is also a wall-safe in each room. The water bottle in your room is naturally free. Centrally in the building, we have a free KEURIG Coffee-system maker to help you wake up in the morning, and an HP ePrint printer so you can easily print boarding passes by emailing an attachment to the printer. StayON Beverly is located at the corner of Beverly Blvd and Western Ave in Los Angeles - these are major thoroughfares and you can get to Beverly Hills, Hollywood and downtown Los Angels from this point by bus. IMPORTANT: when you book online, we create a pin code for your room. This door code is emailed to you 3-4 days before you arrive, please look for this code as you will need it to enter the building. ... more   less
