Were here for five days and nothing bad to say. Everything went fine, staff was amazing and location is the best there is. Rooms were clean and everything in the room seem to be renewed. Location just right to see everything easlily, many trips leave from Chinese Theatre nearby. We had view of Hollywood sign from room & the Walk of fame is just a few steps away. You just can't beat the location when travelling and aren't hiring a car. You literally have the Hollywood walk of fame on your doorstep, Gruemans Chinese Theatre and Kodak theatre, not to mention being attatched to the Highland shopping complex. This hotel locate right beside the busiest street of Hollywood blvd. This is my second time at this hotel! It is a pleasure to come back to the Renaissance property! What a great location! Right by all the Hollywood attractions! Great for sightseeing and shopping! First, the pluses... The location is great if you want to explore Hollywood. The hotel is literally half a block off Hollywood Boulevard. Everything you could ever need is within walking distance. The place was mostly spotless, and I certainly have no complaints in regards to cleanliness. Where I can complain is in the service department. While folks were nice... more
