I don't understand these extremely bad reviews.. We stayed 3 nights in Aug 09 while visiting the city: Friendly desk personnel (granted us a late check-out without extra charge - gave us directions to nearby public transoport, eateries, places of interest,...), old but clean rooms, super breakfast in eatery next door, free wifi, free parking...
