“Nice low-budget hotel”

I was visiting a friend who has a sailboat in the San Pedro/L.A. Harbor. I needed to be close-by but be on a serious budget. I looked at the other low-budget places in the area and decided on this one. Probably the best <$40 a night place in SoCal. Rooms are small to average, no-frills but clean...TV and nice sized...
