Recently spent 1 night at Inn at 657 with our 2 teenage children on a visit to USC. Enjoyed the hospitality of both Patsy and her daughter. Our rooms were comfortable, the included breakfast was wonderful and secure on sight parking was a plus! Internet connection worked perfectly. Very close and convenient to the USC campus. What a wonderful place to relax, and yet so close to downtown LA. The gardens are gorgeous and the rooms big and airy. Patsy's breakfasts are fabulous - fresh fruit and yoghurt, baked salmon, scalloped potates, fruit juice and coffee, etc. A great way to start the day, gathered around the table family style. more

Wonderful B&B, and a great value! In Los Angeles, EVERYTHING seems to be at an added price - yet the (very reasonable) price of this B&B included parking, fast internet, and a truly gourmet breakfast! We had the very great pleasure of staying at The Inn at 657 recently, and LOVED it. We are not usually "B&B" types, but the Inn allows for both privacy and conviviality with comfortable, quiet rooms and inviting communal areas. The arrival was a bit awkward, pushing open the heavy gate to get our car in, and then trying to figure out where the room key was. It felt a bit like a scavenger hunt. There are in fact B&Bs in LA and the Inn at 657 is a nice one. If you like being downtown, the location is unbeatable. Patsy offers a generous breakfast to start your day. The room is comfortable and a good deal for LA. more
