I loved this hotel, everything about it, it had such an authentic classy feel, the lobby is stunning and the staff very nice. The location is perfect just opposite the Chinese Theatre. First complaint was our concierge didn't know how to help us to get an international line out to Australia, so that was quite irritating, however his replacement, a lovely woman, redeemed them all by recommending the loveliest restaurant, and then securing us a booking there that evening. The rooms are really big and has a trendy interior. We loved eating our breakfast in lounge chairs by the pool. The location is perfect if you want to get to tourist places. The only minus was the loud night club in the hotel that was open until 3 am, and was so hip that we couldn't get in. more

No complaints whatsoever. We had a cozy room with a view of the Hollywood sign and downtown area. Great service by staff, valet parking and a reasonable room rate. Lot's to do and see within walking distance of the property. We would stay here again. more
