We spent 4 weeks traveling round the western states and this was our hotel in the mainland and it was the worst hotel of the whole trip and this was due to the service. The room was good for the price and it suited our needs, easy to drive everywhere we wanted. Cleaner tried to come in once when I... more

Being a budget chain of hotels, we were apprehensive on the quality & cleanliness of the rooms. But we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the rooms. It is a great hotel with basic amenities. Perfect for the tourist traveller. Very homely service, made us feel very comfortable. Very close to the metro station. more

The good points: extensive selection of breakfast, big bed, good TV channels, fridge & microwave in the room, powerful shower, good location for the key tourist sights, free parking, swimming pool. The bad points: the rooms are in a traditional motel style surrounding the car park and the lights around the motel was so bright it felt like day light... more

This was a first motel at our three weeks journey through USA. We have stayed there three nights and location it was very good near metro station and bus station. From here we found a bus to Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hills and metro line to Universal studios and Long Beach. Just 200 m away is big supermarket with wide... more

We stayed here for the start of our family hoilday. The hotel was awesome. Very clean. The only thing that was a royal pain was the medic choppers landing on the roof of the hospital across the street. Then all the ambulances and fire dept vehicles felt the need to run the sirens in the middle of the night...Lack of... more

I was very disappointed when my grandson's PSP came up missing from my room when we went to the beach. I contacted the manager and he talked to the staff and said that they didn't have it and that was all he would do. Corporate gave me a claim number but said its franchised so they don't stand behind the... more

The room is fine, but the biggest problem is that there's no breakfast!!! this is horrible! I was told at night when I checked-it that there's a breakfast, but then I came to the reception in the morning, and they showed me a few rolls with a cup of coffee, on a stand next to the reception, and told this... more

We were going to travel around California for 2 weeks and needed a place to stay for the first 3 nights when we arrived to LA. Prices are affordable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood might not be the best, but we felt safe and even took walks in the evening. Recommended! more

We stayed here for four nights as we wanted a convenient motel with free parking that was easily accessible to Universal Studios and Six Flags. The entire motel is old and a bit run down, but the room was basic and clean. The unfortunate thing was the very strong smell of cleaning products (bleach??) that permeated throughout the room for... more
