I spent the night here with two friends, we were on a budget so needed an affordable place to stay in LA for the night. The price was great, rooms were fine, not flash but clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood seemed a little questionable but we had no problems walking home late a night.

Its seriously old. Its not dirty per say, but since its so old its unclean. They have lampshades which are at least 50 years old. The bathroom is very very small with prehistoric bath fittings. The hotel needs a good cleaning. Carpeting is worn, dirty, and stained in common areas and rooms. Could also benefit from improved paint and some TLC. Rooms are rather small and not very well decorated. Beds themselves and linen were clean.

Super small, really old and dirty. Had to back into bathroom if you want to close the door. Very sketchy area of town- drunks and prostitutes right outside.
