Bad managment......needs to be replaced....I canceled my reservations with them and they still charged me a nite stay....talked to management they did not know what happened...no I am sorry for taking 300.00 out of my family's savings account...acted like it wasn't thier fault....a week latter still waiting on my money. more

Just the dirtiest carpet I ever saw. A real multi-coloured yawn. And the room itself not much better. Breakfast only served in the cafe next door, slowest service in town. Never again. more

Well, it boosts that the rooms has sleep number beds, but ours did not. The sheets and bedspread where so old you could nearly see through them. The room was dirty, it truly needs to be deep cleaned. Be aware that if you park in the ramp and there is a game going on at USC you could come home... more
