Concierge and staff were very friendly, room was clean and tidy. There is a Macdonalds very close by and they can organise tours into LA - which we did and as there were only four other people on the bus it was great. The building is jammed between other buildings as if the owners sold off surrounding land leaving only ring of parking around the main building.
