I wasn't sure what to think when I first received my reservation (I got a great deal $89 on Priceline and requested and received a free upgraded room) but when we arrived I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby is very nice and inviting, and compared to other area hotels the exterior/interior looks newer which I appreciated (that appeals to me... more

This is a great hotel in an ideal location is you are looking to stay close to LAX. While the exterior isn't all that amazing, the interior is well done and newly renovated. The service is great and all the staff are friendly. The rooms are kept very clean and you have all the amenities of a 4-star hotel. Keep... more

Like most major international airports long term parking is something of an issue at Los Angeles International (LAX). I've tried it all ways including the generally very good Flyaway Bus service from Van Nuys. But when you have a fairly early departure and there are two of you it can definitely be more relaxing as well as economically viable, not... more

Needed a clean, safe, convenient place to stay at the airport the night before we left on our very early flight. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Airport shuttle was key especially since we were traveling with a baby and had a lot of stuff. Also very close to rental car drop off. more

Great value at this hotel. We stayed on a layover to Hawaii. The shuttle was quick, check in was a breeze. The Hotel is in great shape - clean, comfortable beds, etc. We were surprised at how nice the hotel was for being an "airport" hotel. We will use this hotel again if we have the need to. It was... more

Traveled with my 29 year old daughter, she did all the driving. The location of this hotel was right by LAX and off the freeway , easy access. The amenities were standard - "modern apothecary" (to match the moderness of the room I guess?). I really enjoyed the large flat screen tv, was great to watch the basketball playoff's that... more

Stayed one night on our way to Maui.  Room was average the staff very helpful and friendly.  The only problem was we could hear the couple in the next room.  Compared to where we stayed on our return trip it really wasn't that bad. more

The Renaissance LAX is a great hotel. We stayed here for a graduation weekend and had no problems or complaints. The location for us was great as we had easy access to the 405 freeway (minutes away), lots of space in the room and most importantly the staff was most accommodating for our extended family. Special thanks go to Carla... more

My wife and I stayed here one night prior to departing via LAX for vacation in Mexico. I chose this hotel as it offered a great Stay and Park offer - I think I paid $129 for one night and 7 nights of parking. I felt that was a great deal. And I think the hotel itself is one of... more

We had a free miles stay at the Renaissance Montaura, and we stayed for our first and last nights in LA (only two blocks from car rental places). We arrived on the night before Easter, and the hotel was packed. First we were told that we could get an air mattress for our teenage daughter (the room was too small... more
