Nice hotel. Staff was excellent. Rooms were clean and well appointed. I always dislike paying for internet, even though it was only $10 per day. Coffee stand was small but service was great every morning. more

Great rates and best location to Universal Studios and restaurants. Easy access to almost anywhere in the greater L.A. area. This hotel has a great location, but unfortunately they seem to have cut corners with their staffing. When I checked into the hotel, there were only two people at the Front Desk, and this was at 8pm! The location is exellent for visiting Univeral Studios and Citywalk (a 5 to 10 minute up-hill walk), visiting Burbank and Warner Brothers Studios or NBC, or visiting Hollywood, with easy access to the freeway.
