The place was perfect for my vacation with my family. Wanted somewhere close to the harbor for a trip to Catalina and for my cruise vacation. shuttle service was excellent. I was able to park my car there for free instead of paying at the harbor. Also, the rooms were great, loved the harbor view. The cost was reasonable and... more

I reserved this hotel because of the location close to the cruise port. It was awful! If the hotels in the area hadn't been all booked due to the Long Beach Grand Prix I would have gone elsewhere. Upon check-in there was a note saying that there was no hot water in the hot tub. I thought, "Ok. Things like... more

Although the reception staff didn't have a lot of English we were welcomed as soon as we arrived. The room was large, clean and comfortable. We explored the Ports O Call area, which is where we ate. Quite handy for Starbucks too! Breakfast was very nice and more than sufficient for us. Check out was easy and the free transfer... more

We booked here because it was close to the harbour (taking a cruise). Checked in at midnight to a room that was old & musty smelling. Needless to say we were a leary about sleeping... Bathroom has rust dipping from the pipes & mildew growing on the grout! The continential breakfast was not even worth touching. Most hotels have shuttles... more

I stayed at the hotel during the week for business from Sept 18, 2008 - Oct. 15, 2008. Every time I checked in the staff was friendly, helpful, and very accomidating. I told them my needs for a long stay and they provided me with a room that fit perfectly and held the room for each week of my stay.... more

This hotel is a little older but spotless. Nice pool and spa. There is a cute restaurant next door and if you are booked on a cruise ship they will escort you to the pier, unload your baggage and allow you to leave your car at their hotel for a nominal charge. They have security so the car will be... more

This hotel was one of those listed with Corporate Lodging, which is a program for frequent travelers. When presenting the card at check out, the rate was raised $10.00 from a regular corporate rate. So don't use your Corporate Lodging here. The manager was completely uninformed about the program during a previous visit, and obviously chose this method of making... more

Stayed at this "Hotel" March 23rd prior to catching a cruise. The condition of this property was terrible, and it was unkept. Actually found a used/discarded condom and it's wrapper within the bed sheets. Unfortunatley, the condom nor the wrapper belonged to me. We booked this because of Best Western's reputation. I have lodged a complaint to Best Western about... more

We booked the hotel on line to stay the night before catching a cruise ship at the harbor. The hotel had a bad odor. The personell seemed indifferent to any problems we had. The bedside light in our room would not work. When we got the maintanence to replace it, we had to unscrew and rescrew the bulb to turn... more
