This is a great place if you want to be part of the Venice Beach boardwalk lifestyle. If you want some kind of 5 star place, then pony up the extra $$$ and go there but for my money, this was well worth it. Calling it 'Suites and Hotel' makes it sound like a 4 star, when I'd probably only rate it a 1 or 2 star property. Our room had not been dusted for what looked like weeks on end. A light did not work, the wardrobe door was broken, the kitchenette was also dirty and the shower left alot to be desired.... more

We stayed for 2 nights here and frankly, weren't that impressed. It is in a great location and you can find free parking if you're prepared to drive around for a while and then walk for 15 minutes back to the hotel!
