Although I'm a Hilton Diamond, I was impressed with the hotel's service. Because I was on the Executive Floor, I had the pleasure of outstanding service from Rosie (Concierge), who not only provided great service but took the time the time to engage in personal conversation. Nice rooms, accomodating staff...Here for 4mo for biz and am totally satisfied. Particularly the convenience of the free shuttle (Maurice and Glen are great!) and the main reason for this review, the evening concierge, Rosie, in the exec lounge. Friendly, sweet, helpful, the whole gamut. Exactly who you'd want to be greeted by after a day's work.

Wow, talk about service! Rosie in the Consierge room was fantastic. Needed a change of pace so I went into work for a bit. She didn't distract me, just made sure I had food and beverages to keep me sustained. I would go hear again just for the super star treatment.
