No heat, no heat, no heat. When I contacted the desk, they told me that the heat hasn't worked for ALL the rooms since the renovation in 2008!! Had I been paying for the hotel myself instead of my company, I would have insisted on going elsewhere. Both nights I was there, temperature of the room started at 64 degrees.... more

We stayed at the Sheraton while visiting Universal Studios and will not stay again. The problems became the moment we pulled up the hotel and could not find anyone to help us with valet parking or a bellhop. We checked in and were told they are very busy with the Latino MTV awards and they did not have enough staff.... more

I stayed here for 5 days and booked the hotel at the last minute. The location is great, a free ride or short walk to Universal City/Citywalk. The rooms are nice and updated. Took my daughter and 3 girlfriends to Hollywood for her 18th birthday and stayed at the Sheraton Universal. This is a great location for both Hollywood and Universal Studios.
