Loved this hotel. The rooms were very attractive and our room with a magnificent view of the ocean was totally worth the extra $20/night. It was a great location while touring Pepperdine. My husband & I have stayed at the Graziadio three times now, & we love this little hidden gem of a hotel. Disclaimer: I am a Pepperdine grad (I'll leave out how many years ago that was :) and absolutely loved living on the campus. The Executive Center is a strange place. Imagine you are being transported back to your college dorm room, albeit with upgraded furnishings. On the plus side, if your room is facing the ocean, the views are truly spectacular. On the minus side, the rooms are very small and spartan.
