I requested clean towels multiple tomes because we didn't want housekeeping. We were only there to sleep. We waited an hour then left because we had places to go. There was never anyone at the front desk beside when we checked in. When we called front desk with a question they hung up on us.

Overall, the hotel was nice with huge rooms that were very clean. My only complaint was that I was able to hear the people above me walking, flushing toilets, and showering. We stayed here for 4 nights and it was great. Check in was easy and the staff were very polite. The rooms are nice and clean. There are many restaurants near by and Target, Walmart, and Savemart if you need anything.
