I booked this Courtyard Inn on Priceline. I paid $70 a night. I would say that it was about the perfect price and I'm glad I didn't pay anymore. The hotel was fine. The beds were very comfortable, the staff was nice, the rooms were clean and the free parking and high speed internet were very nice. The problem was... more

first impressions count, this place has seen better days .. it was probably built circa 1980 .. BUT ... rooms were clean & spacious, very small bathroom though. I took a chance on Priceline .... after trying for a 31/2 star in Santa Monica with no luck .. went further away ... I bid too much at $90.00 .. these... more

Booked through Priceline and was pleasantly surprised. It has a lot to offer for a 3 star and the staff are all pleasant and helpful. It is clean, the lobby is nice with free internet, access to the pool and a fitness room suitable for this kind of hotel, as well as convenient stores and restaurants across the street (Gap,... more

we needed a hotel in the area for 1 night as we were visiting a friend in LA before carrying on to Las Vegas. We had booked somewhere else as having checked rates most hotels in the area were quite expensive. Then someone suggested Priceline and while I was terrified at the prospect, it worked out just fine. $85 for... more

Stayed here for 1 night at the start of a trip that began at LAX. The room was booked through Priceline, so I had not specifically chosen the hotel, and was worried when I read the reviews. For the rate that I paid, I could not complain. For a regular rate one ought to be able to do better. The... more

After reading the reviews, I was disappointed and quite concerned when I won this hotel with a bid of $75 on Priceline! The second I entered the hotel lobby, I knew I had nothing to worry about...it was BEAUTIFUL! Very classy atmosphere, and don't get me wrong...I am VERY picky! When we arrived to our room, we were again pleasantly... more

I had the worst experience ever at this hotel! The "fitness center" is an absolute JOKE. The so-called nautilus machine was made in 2001 and is impossible to use. The cardio equipment is so old that you have to have 20 minutes of patience just to get the thing going. The free weights that are available are incomplete so if... more

I stayed at the Courtyard Marina Del Rey in January, 2009 for business. Overall, an above average experience. The room was quite clean, if a bit dated in the Courtyard design lexicon. The location is the reason to stay here, if you're driving around the Los Angeles area for business as I was. It's one traffic light away from the... more

We were placed in here by priceline - and were expecting to get the holiday inn or the doubletree in santa monica (courtyard did not appear on any list we'd seen), so we pretty horrified after reading the reviews for this place on this site. The place does not merit the terrible reviews -- we got a standard hotel room,... more

I went to Los Angeles to look at colleges for my daughter. This hotel was close to Loyola Marymount but it was the worst Courtyard I have stayed at. I have been to 6 Courtyards and this is by far the worst one. First of all, the area is seedy and a dump. This isn't the hotel's fault. The room... more
