We were very disappointed in the MacCallum House last week. We stayed in dirty and dingy Room 12, Lily's Loft. The bed was saggy and soft. Recently spent 3 days in the Village Inn just a short walk from the main building. It was a marvellous quite place with pretty gardens and very comfortable beds! We felt we were 'at home'. Breakfasts taken at the main house were excellent (included in the price with no restrictions) and we also enjoyed a good dinner in the restaurant.... more

The MacCallum House is the perfect place to stay while in Mendocino. The main house is a lovely Victorian mansion, and it is surrounded by a quaint garden.
